A Study on Occupational Therapy research Trends by Dementia using Big Data Analysis: Text-mining Technology연구목적 본 연구의 목적은 빅데이터 분석 기법 중 하나인 텍스트 마이닝을 활용하여 작업치료 분야의 치 매 관련 연구의 동향을 정량적으로 분석하는 것이다. 연구방법 웹 크롤링(Web Crawling)도구인 Textom과 한국교육학술정보원을 통해 획득한 데이터 중 선정기 준과 배제기준에 따라 선정된 연구 총 108편을 대상으로 연도별 ? 학술지별 발행빈도, 대상 연구의 질적 수준, 핵심어 분석 및 연도별 핵심어 분석을 시행하였다. 연구결과 연구결과 2015년 발행된 연구의 수가 22편(20.4%)으로 가장 많았으며, 학술지 발행빈도는 고령자 ? 치매작업치료학회지(36.9%), 연구 설계는 한 그룹-비 무작위 연구인 근거 수준Ⅲ의(57.4%) 연구 가 가장 많았다. 또한, 핵심어 분석에서 도출된 상위 10개의 용어는 ‘치매’(68), ‘노인’(47), ‘인 지’(31), ‘프로그램’(24), ‘작업치료’(22), ‘고찰’(18), ‘경도인지장애’(16), ‘회상훈련’(12), ‘우 울’(12), ‘인지재활’(11)의 순서로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구에서는 기존의 방식으로 진행되어 오던 체계적 고찰 및 질적인 연구동향 파악 방법을 텍 스트 마이닝을 통한 정량적 분석에 초점을 맞추었다는 점에 의의를 가진다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 추후 연구에서는 연구 분야와 기간을 확대하고 다양한 분석방법과 분석내용을 통해 방 법론을 보완하여야 할 것이다. 본 연구는 치매 뿐 아니라 작업치료 전반의 영역에 대한 정량적인 연구동향의 기초자료로 활용될 것을 기대한다.

Objective : The purpose of this study is to quantitatively analyze trends of dementia research in occupational therapy field using text mining, one of the big data analysis techniques.
Methods : A total of 108 researches selected by the selection criteria and exclusion criteria of the data obtained through the web crawling tool Textom and Korea Educational and Scientific Information Service were analyzed for the frequency of publication by year and academic journals, We analyzed the key words and analyzed key words by year.
Results : As a result, the number of researches published in 2015 was the highest (22.4%), and the frequency of publishing journals in the (36.9%), the study design was based on a group ? non ? randomized study (57.4%) at the baseline level Ⅲ. And the top ten terms derived from the key word analysis are 'dementia' (68), 'elderly' (47), 'cognition' (31), 'program' (24), 'occupational therapy' (18), 'mild cognitive impairment' (16), 'recall training' (12), 'depression' (12). and 'cognitive rehabilitation' (11).
Conclusion : In this study, we focus on quantitative analysis through text mining, focusing on systematic review and qualitative study trends that have been going through the existing method. Based on the results of this study, future studies should expand the field of research and the period, and supplement the methodology through various analysis methods and analysis contents. It is expected that this study will be used as a basic data of quantitative research trends not only in dementia but also in the whole area of occupational therapy.
